All products purchased from HFStore can be exchanged and returned within 10 days
- All products purchased from HFStore can be returned for a refund only if:
The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had actually purchased.
Customer must notify us for return or exchange within 3 days of delivery by writing to support@hfstore.pk or calling at +923236049472 - Please return the goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
- All the returned products must be unworn unwashed and with all original packing & Tags. Used products will not be accepted.
- Underwear items are non-refundable / non-exchangeable due to hygienic reasons.
Custom made products and international deliveries cannot be returned.
The product must be returned in its original packaging. All accessories, tags and free gifts must also be returned.
