Terms / Conditions of Use
1.0 In General:
Please review our Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing the site or making a purchase. Your purchase from our website acknowledges your agreement to have understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions from time to time without any prior notice.
2.0 Product Display
Please note regardless of our best efforts to accurately color match designs, there may be some variation in color due to photographic conditions and the resolution of a computer screen. If you want more images or clarification regarding the colors, feel free to contact us at info@hfsrore.pk.
3.0 Information about orders, cancellation & refunds:
(a) We hold the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price, shipping charges or the product description at the time you ordered, or any other error(s) in your order. Products may slightly vary from the images due to light conditions and the quality of your display devices. Prices of products and services and delivery and other charges displayed on this site are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time and are subject to availability. We do not reserve any products if the payment is not received.
4.0 Shipping
• Free shipping throughout Pakistan for orders value above PKR 3,000/-
• PKR 199/- minimum will be charged for the delivery of all orders below PKR 3,000/- The delivery charges are subject to weight and the package size of your order. For more information about delivery charges, please review our tier pricing under the shipping section.
• Orders placed by 02:30 noon (Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped the same day via Leopards Courier.
• Orders received after 02:30 p.m. will be dispatched the next day.
• Orders received on Sundays and on Pakistan’s National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
• Delivery time is between 1 to 3 working days (No delivery on Sundays).
• Before dispatch every order will be confirmed over the telephone, upon confirmation from your side, an email will be sent to you (on provided email ID) with a tracking number. If a customer does not respond to our call within 03 Days from the Order date then his/her order will be canceled automatically.
5.0 Return & Exchange
• All products purchased from HFStore can be exchanged and returned within 10 days
• All products purchased from HFStore can be returned for a refund only if:
The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had actually purchased
Customers must notify us for return or exchange within 3 days of delivery by writing to support@hfstore.pk or calling at +923236049472
• Please return the goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
• All the returned products must be unworn unwashed and with all original packing & Tags. Used products will not be accepted.
• Underwear items are non-refundable / non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.
• Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on its own expense to our store address in the area.
• Refund requests will be processed within 3 days after receiving the returned products.

6.0 Prohibitions
(a) This website is intended for users over the age of 18 who are fully able to make legally binding contracts. Do not use this website if you do not qualify.
You are prohibited to:
(b) use the site for any activities or to post or transmit via this Site, any information or materials which breach any laws or regulations, infringe a third party’s rights, are contrary to any relevant business standards or codes;
(c) Imitate or otherwise misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any other person or entity;
(d) Use this site in any unlawful, fraudulent or commercial manner.
(e) Tamper with, modify, reverse engineer or amend any part of this website.

(g) Use the Site in a manner or way, which interferes with other users, threatens, harasses, or offends any person.
(h) Use the site in a way that interferes with, disrupts or imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large burden on our communications and technical systems as determined by the HFStore technical team.
7.0 Intellectual Property Rights
(a) Unless otherwise stated, the information, text, materials, graphics, logos, button icons, images, video, and audio clips, trademarks (whether registered or not), advertisements, layout, arrangement, graphical user interface, look and feel, and control features of the site remains the property of HFStore and are protected by copyright laws in Pakistan.
8.0 Litigation
The above-mentioned Terms and Conditions between HFStore and the users are subject to local and international laws. In the event of a dispute, the operator and the user will attempt to find an amiable solution. Failure of this will result in a lawsuit pursued before a competent tribunal.
